CNS Treasury – End User Access Terms
You have been granted access to the CNS Treasury platform through an authorised partner.
Before access is activated, please review and accept the following terms. These govern your use of the platform and how your data is handled.
1. Platform Access
You are authorised to use CNS Treasury solely for your organisation’s internal treasury operations. Access is personal and non-transferable. You must not share login credentials with others.
2. Data Handling & Privacy
By using CNS, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be stored and processed by CNS Treasury in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Primary hosting: Microsoft Azure (Sydney, Australia)
- Backup: Azure (Hong Kong)
- Monitoring & infrastructure: Rackspace
- CRM platform: HubSpot
3. Confidentiality
All treasury data entered into CNS is treated as confidential. Access to your data is restricted to authorised CNS personnel only, for support and operational purposes.
4. No Financial Advice
CNS is a reporting and automation tool. It does not provide financial or hedging advice. You remain solely responsible for your treasury decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
CNS Treasury is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. CNS disclaims any liability for decisions or losses arising from use of the platform.
6. Termination
Your access may be revoked at any time by CNS or its partner. Upon termination, all credentials will be deactivated and data will be deleted or returned in line with our data retention policy.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
