- CRM and communication services are managed via HubSpot.

- CNS-authorised support personnel
- Infrastructure and monitoring partners (e.g. Rackspace)
- Regulatory authorities if required by law
All access is strictly controlled and granted only for legitimate operational purposes.

- Access controls and user authentication
- Continuous monitoring and auditing via Azure and Rackspace

Due to our backup infrastructure in Hong Kong, your data may be stored outside of your country. By using CNS, you consent to this international transfer, which complies with applicable privacy laws.
